For in-store sales, one of our stylists will contact you when it is ready for pickup. For wedding dresses, this pickup appointment will include a fitting. Shipping times and costs vary from brand to brand, product to product. Please check product specific details or inquire within for more information.

Please note: if you are placing an order for international delivery, there may extra fees upon receiving your dress shipment. All US + international shipments may be subject to additional costs. To avoid surprises, please look into your country’s specific import duties & taxes. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and out of our control.

Returns
Because every piece we carry is only put into production once you make an order for it, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Luckily, bridal alterations are available if you need any final adjustments! If you have any questions or would like some suggestions, our team is happy to offer tips to help make your dress match your vision.
