Shipping & Returns
For in-store sales, our designers will ship the product to the location you purchased from, at which time one of our stylists will contact you when it is ready for pickup. For wedding dresses, this pickup appointment will include a fitting. Shipping times and costs vary from brand to brand, product to product. Please check product specific details or inquire within for more information.
Because every gown we carry is only put into production once you make an order for it, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Luckily, bridal alterations are available if you need any final adjustments. If you have any questions or would like some suggestions, our team is happy to offer tips to help make your dress match your vision.
We accept returns of unworn, undamaged accessories within 7 days of receiving. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Kindly note that we do not refund return shipping costs.
