How did you know your dress was “the one”?
I knew I wanted a lace dress. I was drawn to the quality of the lace of the Brigitte dress and how it peeked out of the neckline. The bodice made me feel secure and confident. My favourite part of the dress was the option to add the detachable sleeves. It felt like a 2 for 1 dress. It was one of the first dresses I had tried on, but I kept coming back to it!
How would you describe your wedding aesthetic in a few words?
Romantic, modern, and natural!
What moment from your wedding day felt the most magical?
That brief moment to ourselves after saying our “I do’s” and walking off the altar before rejoining the crowd. The nerves of the ceremony had dissipated and we giggled with each other saying “we’re married!” All the stress of the day melted away and I was reminded how lucky I was to marry my best friend.
What advice would you give yourself when you first got engaged?
Everything will work out! Don’t be afraid to lean on your people when you need help!
